The Brand + Website Review starts at $250 and is typically $250 to $500 depending on the depth of the existing site and brand. If you move into a Brand + Website System within sixty days, the full review fee is credited toward your System scope.

Most systems ship in 30 days. A few stretch to 45 when the website scope is unusually large or an integration takes extra time. We tell you on day one if we see risk.

In almost every case, yes. The Review is how we scope. Rare exceptions include existing relationships or transparent scope on the buyer side.

A monthly retainer starting at $500/month that keeps the brand and website system sharp. Scoped per customer. Common work includes SEO optimization, content updates, new pages, integrations, performance improvements, conversion changes, and fixes Mission Control surfaces. No. Care is open to any Cosmic Reach customer. Some clients come in for Care directly because they like the way the system runs and want us watching theirs. Others move into Care after a Brand + Website Review or a System.

Scope and monthly amount are agreed upfront based on what you want Care to cover. Some retainers are smaller and focus on monitoring, SEO, and small fixes. Others are larger and include ongoing content or product work.

The visibility layer included free with every Cosmic Reach engagement. Traffic, leads, form activity, page performance, and a plain-English monthly report on what is working.

Yes. Mission Control is included free with every Cosmic Reach engagement and stays active for the life of the engagement. The optional add-on is Mission Control Care, a paid monthly retainer for hands-on work on top of what Mission Control surfaces.
