How Care runs.
No. Care is open to any Cosmic Reach customer. Some clients come in for Care directly because they like the way the system runs and want us watching theirs. Others move into Care after a Brand + Website Review or a System.
Whatever you want covered, agreed upfront. Common scopes include SEO optimization, social media management, content updates, new pages, integrations, performance work, conversion changes, and the kinds of fixes Mission Control surfaces. The scope is written into the engagement so there are no surprises in either direction.
If a month is light, the unused capacity rolls into a bigger sprint the following month or a targeted project. You never pay for nothing.
SEO optimization is a core part of the retainer. Paid ad strategy and setup can be included in scope. Ad media spend is billed directly through your accounts, not through us.
Mission Control is the dashboard and reporting layer. Traffic, leads, form activity, page performance, and a plain-English monthly report on what is working. Free for every Cosmic Reach customer. The Care retainer is the optional add-on for hands-on work on top.
