No. Care is open to any Cosmic Reach customer. Some clients come in for Care directly because they like the way the system runs and want us watching theirs. Others move into Care after a Brand + Website Review or a System.
Whatever you want covered, agreed upfront. The scope is written into the engagement so there are no surprises in either direction.

SEO optimization is a core part of the retainer. Paid ad strategy and setup can be included in scope. Ad media spend is billed directly through your accounts, not through us.
